Fell off at pace

Is an understatement. I was travelling at 40ish, and peddling fast with head down, when I caught the side, Flew over the handlebars and landed on my head / Shoulder / arm. Blue lighted and night in A&E. Nothing broken, but severe roadrash and concussion. I can handle the road rash but not the concussion... I am knackered all of the time and can fall asleep at any given opportunity. Also I am the most forgettful man in the world at the moment short term is really bad. How long will this last?? No headaches or anything ... just knackered!! :?
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.
