hi guys...i recently changed the stem in my bianchi via nirone from 120mm to 100mm...the old stem had an angle of 8 degrees while the new one has a 6 degree angle...i wanted to reach the hoods more comfortable, which i now can, but after a few rides i noticed that my hands get numb quicker than before...have i gone too short on the stem??? should i get a 120mm with the same angle as the new one??

I suspect that with the shorter stem, you are now dropping your wrists which are putting more pressure on the carpal tunnel. Depending upon your riding style, this could be corrected by slightly dropping the height of your handle bars.
