Hi, I'm in the market for a new bladder after having the same one for a few years now. It works fine but it's getting a bit grubby even after cleaning. After looking round at cheap versions a la tesco I thought I would take a look at alternatives and spending a bit more. Anyone have any recommendations, I've seen Platypus and Lezyne that look good??

Cheers!

depends what type of pack it's got to fit. Many have different methods of fitting.

Well I've got a big day bag (Dakine style) that will easily hold a 3ltr. Current bladder tube loops through the top of my bag and down over the shoulder like most.

For those that are interested and looking for a new bladder, I bought a 3ltr Lezyne from Singletrack bikes (cheapest). Great quality and very happy with my purchase. Has a ziplock type top which I was a but sceptical about but holds water in. Bladder has Velcro flap to keep hose in place and flow is fast.

I have a Platypus bladder which does the job well, good hose and valve too.
