Ive got my new rock shox rebas, compared to the suntour forks that are on the bike now the disc fitments look different to the rock shox. Ive got 180 rotor on the front which allready has an adapter but the lower disc bolt hole on the rebas looks alot shorter. Ive looked at the adapter on superstar which looks right, but im stumped as to why they are so different when compared to each other and wether i really do need a new adapter ?

    No they are both pm
  • you've tried turning the adapter round/upside down? I've just fitted a 180 disc on my bike using a SS adaptor (also to rebas) and my first attempt got it around the wrong way.

If they are both 6" post mount just fit it.

The fact they look slightly different means bugger all as they both are the same.
