TDF Wine list help required.

As we have managed to book enough time off from work this year, my wife and I will be able to watch most of the TDF live on TV. To enhance our viewing pleasure, we are wanting to sample wine, cheese and specialities local to each stage of the race.
Can anyone help with suggestions or point me to some reference site listing wines/cheese by region? Any help would be appreciated.
