Which Pannier?

I'm considering turning my Ribble Winter Trainer into a light tourer for Summer use. Can anyone recommend a decent rear pannier that will allow the use of Ortleib bags, but most importantly, make use of the rear mount points on the seat stays?

Bought for commuting and possibly a bit of light touring. It's fitted to my Dolan Preffisio which is the same as the Ribble I think.

Easy to fit, light and doesn't rattle. Reasonable price, too.
