iPhone 4S Mount

Hi.

I am wanting to mount my iPhone 4S on to my stem or handle bars so I can use Map My Ride and Google Maps when out on the bike.

I have had a quick look on eBay and found some but wondered if anyone had some experience or advice with any on the market?

I've been using Topeak's Ridecase since it came out in April. Stem mount & rain cover, plus I bought an extra handlebar mount for my wet weather commuter. Been fine & would recommend it.

are these things safe?
i've often been tempted but it just seems like strapping a phone to the handlebars will just rattle it to pieces? And i'm not sure i could ever be 100% confident it wouldnt fly off at some point.
has anyone ever had any problems with these?
