Front wheel advice

Could do with a new wheel sometime for the tourer. Using some Vento racing road wheels spare for now but will switch over the winter wheel so will need a new front.
700cc, with 28 tyres.
Something along lines of Mavic A319 or similar type of rim, Mirage or similar hub
<£100.
I've seen some Shimano wheels but I don't think heard many good things about them. There's the Vento CX version £150 a pair though, my rear wheel is still fine so that'll be purchase when rear is shot.
