Voodoo Zobop or German bike bargain!

Hi all,

Upgrading to a full sus and looking for the best value bike... I'm looking for something that's a bit of an all-rounder with a more aggressive bias. I've narrowed it down to two bikes:

http://www.bike-discount.de/shop/a36130/stereo-hpc-pro.html?lg=en - Cube Stereo HPC Pro: Great spec, carbon frame and seems a great deal for £1600-1700 including shipping etc. from the German store.

Is it worth spending the extra £600 or so?

    In this case, I think so - is signifcantly lighter.

    I've just purchased the zobop and it's an obsolute beast, bombs down everything and climbs very well. Bargain too

    definately the cube , even though its more expensive its by far the better bike and will be worth an awful lot more if/when you decide to sell .

    An update...

    Having sat on a Cube, realising 18" is far to big for me (full sus at least) and that 16" doesn't seem to be available anywhere, I've gone back to the drawing board as it were.

    Before taking the dive and going for the Zobop before the price goes back up (and investing in a dropper post for it) the following two bikes caught my eye:

    http://www.bike-discount.de/shop/k1867/a58313/slide-am-7-0.html - Slide AM 7.0 - Great set including wheels, has a RS Reverb but has Fox Evolution forks... I know nothing about Fox forks but forum/Google searching seems to reveal that a lot of people have problems with Fox. I also have no idea how the Evolution Fox forks stack up against the RS Revelations.

    Additional thoughts would be appreciated!
