Shifting saddle

I've reseated my saddle twice now to the correct position but over time it seems to keep creeping forwards so its not in the correct position. I've tightened it as much as possible. Short of glueing it in place (joking obviously) is there anything I can do ? Is there something Im missing, or something wrong ?
I had shifted after landing on the saddle hard after doing the death drop in Sulham Woods. I say hard, but it wasn't that hard, but a few days later it was squeaking like mad and when I looked I found it had shift all the way forward and was at the point where the twin bars bend upwards to meet the underside of the saddle.

Bent saddle rails or seatpost cradle sounds like the obvious reason. Might have to replace both I am afraid.0
