Cheltenham Spa Station overnight parking

I've seen the bike racks at Cheltenham Spa railway station so I know whats on offer.
My question is would it be safe and allowed, to park my bike there overnight so that when I get into the station in the morning, I can commute to work on it? I wanted to know if any of you had experience of leaving bikes there overnight.
I know I need a good lock and chain.
