Fox Float Problems

I just had my 2009 Float RL forks serviced and they got the new SKF low friction seals. Now, to stop the forks diving I've had to stick an extra 30 psi in the forks from what I ran before the new seals. Is this normal? Also the forks top out with any more than 3 clicks of rebound which really isn't like the original 7 I used to run. Could this be caused by using the wrong oil or not enough oil? I'm going to take it back to the shop that serviced them but that won't be until Friday.
Also I got new uppers last year but since then the internals have always unscrewed over time but since this service they unscrewed far more than normal, no one that I've talked to has a clue what is causing this.

Sounds like the damper is damaged/leaking/not enough oil - get them to sort it, should be no top out.
Fork dive is something you have to put up with, the is little compression damping on this fork - maybe ask them to upgrade to the RLC damper?0 -
The diving wasn't an issue before the service, I set them up quite hard anyway which stopped it.0

New seals/service equals less friction and higher sensitivity. A lot of my forks feel the same after, I have to add more damping!0

Hmmm, hope I don't need to get the RLC cartridge, just had to spend loads of money on other stuff. If it is indeed the seals would some slightly heavier weight oil maybe help?0

Possibly, though Fox are usually designed for the one weight.0

I'll see what they say at the shop then. They managed to get them running spot on last time so hopefully they can do the same this time.0
