hi guys and girls,

it's my brothers 40th birthday in a few weeks and i want to get him something that he can keep, not like a dvd or something

the problem is that i'm skint and only have about £50 to spend - i wanted to get him something like a mont blanc pen but £300 is out of the question right now

any suggestions? he's already got a nice watch (i know £50 wouldn't get a nice watch anyway)

cheers

£50 can get some very nice, and unusual watches!

I'd get him some nice new flat pedals hehe.

We'd then have to buy him a bike to put the pedals on SS

Younger brother I take it?

    embarrasing picture in local rag?

An english rugby shirt. You've got a few weeks, you could try and get it signed by a few players as well.

Or play it safe and get a lovely bouquet for £50.

    Blow and (cheap) hookers.
Or that would be my suggestion if you'd posted in CC. As you should have done.
    Obviously here I would not.

Good pair of cufflinks? If he wears posh shirts...

he's a gadget freak, but has just about everything. he loves films so i've been looking at trying to get him a signed movie poster or something.

he's a vodka drinker unfortunately so whisky would be wasted on him :?
  • Get him a bag full of mystery chinese products from dealextreme http://deals.dx.com/team.php?id=1727
