    Just ordered new bikes for my wife and I from them and have to say I have been more than impressed with their service so far... you can read my thread here

    I should also mention that it's worth giving them a call if you're ordering a bike as they were able to save me an extra 200€ on mine and an extra 140€ on the wife's!!! They can't offer discount on parts/accessories though so save yourself the bother if that's all your ordering. Their English is very good indeed and I was able to hold full conversation with everyone I spoke to when I called.

    Ordered a bike from them around ten days ago, has been shipped but not left germany yet, everything has been smooth so far will update when it arrives.

    I think they build the bikes up out of the box from the manufacturers, set them up, check them over then break them down again to ship to the UK. I got an email approx 10 days after ordering saying it was ready and being shipped that day - turned up 3 days later. Excellent website.

    I ordered some tyres from them Monday last week, arrived today, pretty good considered the long holiday. Including postage got them around 35% cheaper than LBS and almost as much for online prices. Will use them again.

    I just called to say that I was looking to purchase and was there anything they could do to improve on their website price... and it worked!

    We saved an extra 360€/£290 (ish) off their online prices... This might have been due to the fact I bought two carbon frame Cubes but I would expect they can still offer a saving of some description on a single bike??? It's got to be worth a 5 minute call either way!

    Just wanted to add to this thread: all the parts I ordered Monday arrived this afternoon, well packed and all in perfect condition! Just need the bikes to put them on now!

    How does that go with guarantees does that mean if you have a problem you need to ship back to them??
