SRAM Apex v SRAM Force

I've ordered a new Rose Pro SL 2200 with the SRAM Apex groupset. The bike is due for delivery in about 3 weeks. For an extra £255 I can upgrade to SRAM Force.
Simple question...is the extra money worth spending now or should I just stick with the Apex and update/upgrade in the future if needed?

Yes. It is definitely worth the extra £255 IMO.
Shifting is more refined. Much smoother, and it will remain reliable (shifting that is)for much longer.
It's much lighter (in bike component terms) if that is important to you.
It has a quality look and feel over apex.0 -
I went for the hill climbing ability of the Apex. Would I be right in assuming the Apex 11-32 cassette is compatible with the Force? If so then I'll definitely upgrade. Thanks, Steve.0

No, I dont think it is. But upgrade anyway since that sounds like a bargain. a 28 tooth cassette with a compact chainring is fine for hill climbing, dont worry about that!0

I'd pay the extra for the Force too - purely for the looks ! As others have said you can run a 28 with it.
Worse case they have just released a long cage Force rear mech so you could always get one or an Apex rear mech if you really need the 32.0
