Right team,

Three weeks until i arrive in the south wales area, will be commuting back to Cambridge on most weekends. Seeing as all the stalking is being done by Gazlar i need advice on where to go for a nice evening pedal? Trail centre, cross country and the like, nothing too rad coz i am knocking on a bit!

Also any bike shops worth a visit (other than Tredz!)

And anywhere to dig the odd ditch, tho i imagine with the crudders of note from that area there won't be much space left!
