Have been looking to buy a plain white or black jersey, but due to the phone and keys I carry while cycling, it needs some zip back pockets or pocket. Looking to spend about £50 or there abouts.

I have one of these jerseys and I love it. I do only use it on the commute, however, as I don't think I would trust the pockets to carry all the gubbins needed on a longer ride.
I just bought an Endura FS260 pro II (I did have to look that up, honest) based on Cycling Plus naming it their Best Budget summer jersey and it has all the space for pumps etc plus one zip pocket for valuables. So far it seems like a great, little jersey and was about £48.00.
I do like the look of the plain white Solo one on Wiggle. I might have to add it to my wish list.0 -
Slightly grey/silver, two secure zip pockets

If you can get hold of them, the 2011 Mavic Espoir jerseys were selling for £25 from a few online retailers and come in solid back or white. Full length zip, 3 rear pockets plus a smaller zip pocket. Very well made, as per most Mavic kit.
Check. Winstanleys - I got 3 for less than £80 (the White was a few £ more for some reason).“Training is like fighting with a gorilla. You don’t stop when you’re tired. You stop when the gorilla is tired.”0 -

Haven't had a problem with the pockets.....went out for a long ride today and fitted in a Waterproof, pump, levers, 2 tubes, house keys, iPhone, 3 bars and 3 gels......no jiggling around, no stuff slipping out.
Only thing I didn't have was a kitchen sink........0 -
Thanks for the replies! By the looks of it I will be going for either the solo on wiggle

Or probably more likely, due to the price, the Torm - never seen them before, look great value for the money! What's the customer service like?

Service was excellent - very quick indeed with the 2 orders I have placed so far......they're also always on the lookout for feedback and receptive to it too.0

Yeah, on closer inspection of mine I think you might be right. I'm even starting to think the centre pocket looks particularly good for a pump, what with it being a little slimmer.
The Torm customer service I received was exceptional. The bloke I chatted with was extremely helpful regarding sizing and the shipping was extremely quick.
The attention to detail on my Torm jersey is really lovely. If I had any reservation it would be that their sportwool fabric perhaps encourages you to sweat a touch more than other fabrics in hotter conditions, but it does remain very comfortable nevertheless.0
