Hi
Discovered a new(to me) bike shop. This one is the Newport shop,I've got some test rides lined up there if it stops raining(bloody typical I have to work today when the sun is out).
Anyways,I just wondered if anyone had any feedback about the place.

Cheers

Firstly I'll hold my hands up and say I consider Gulio a friend . I started using Broadribb around 18 months ago and have purchased 2 bikes from there. A kinesis tk2 and a caadx 105 . I find the shop extremely helpful and they push the boat out to get your bike sorted the same day I've seen them stay open till way past closing time to help customers in the past.

They do their best to do a deal and whilst the LBS cant always beat online you have to weigh up service over waiting for the item to arrive etc and having the knowledge on tap. I've had some tuition off Gulio on building wheels through to complete bikes.

They can get anything you want and stock cannondale , look , Kota , willier etc

Pop in and say Craig sent you.
  • I discovered them last month, only 10 minutes drive from my office.

Found them very helpful, with a dceent range of bikes on view (considering the size of the shop) - more than willing to spend time discussing options and test rides. they didn't get my business last time round, but i'm going there today to weigh up options for my son's new bike.

They seem to be linked to discount cycles mail order site too
