Word up me gnomies

Here at work feeling a little worse for ware, i wish Alcohol was involved.
Yesterdays race was............well muddy, slippery and a little fun. I saw PILCH and can confirm he does exist, and so does his wife.

Today will be spent dodging any kind of work and phone calls.

    Morning mongs
Woken up at 5am this morning by the sound of our fat mong neighbour throwing up and telling her mum to F**k off. Probably means brown baby number 4 is on the way thanks to boyfriend number 4. One day I'll have normal neighbours.

My two woke up at 6 an then started screaming because they couldn't agree what to watch on tv.

The joys of a quiet bank holiday :(

    Mehning homos.

Not a bank hol on t'IOM today, so I've got to listen to the racing on the radio instead of going to watch. Just as well though as I've still got ebola so could literally die at any minute. Still, I thought it was nice of me to come in to the office and spread it around a bit. Share the love.

Today I have been working for the same employer for 5yrs. This means a number of things. First off, they are depositing a nice little bonus into my corporate travel account, I get an extra days holiday every year from here on out. I get a nice little payrise too. Last but not least, I get to choose a gift from a list including such niceties as Gucci handbags, Mt Blanc pens and Ltd Edition poker chipsets. result!

    Morning Fat Barstewards!

Housemates off somewhere and is going to be back soon to make scrambled eggs. Score.
The sun is out, but I'm wary of its wily ways. I got headset spacers delivered to my parents house and forgot to bring them with me  And with the Royal Mail slacking until Wednesday, I may as well wait until this weekend for them to arrive

My time until the return to the dark continent is drawing near. In two weeks I'll be crammed into an A380 and flying to Afriqe de Sud. Oh, joy.. but it's only for 6 months or so before I return back here permanently

not the only one breaking mechs and hangers! killed a few bikes i saw.
Not cleaned beyonce yet as when i peeled myself out of the car all i did was put her in the shed, wait for her to dry off and i'll strip her in the week and clean properly, i was too cold after racing in a T-shirt and standing around after.

    Morning Tunnel Testers,

A good lazy day was had yesterday watching the Downhill racing. Made a last minute decision to go see 'Prometheus' last night and got back in time to see the end of 'District 9' on Channel 4+1  - result. Today will be going out somewhere to entertain junior then it's time to get the bike out as this looks like it's going to be the only dry day this week :(

    Mornin' graverobbers

Defo wasn't feeling the love for riding this morning so loaded the bike into the wagon and went back to bed for 3 hours to MTFU. Heroic, me.

Feelin' a f**k sight better now, so I'm just going to clean the kennel and await the arrival of SWMBO a little later.

Onwards! To coffee, mops and buckets!

    Watching

Quite envious! Always looks like a mental atmosphere, and what a course!

Was making plans to catch this, but it clashed with one of our rally rounds. The one in Galloway, as it happens! So. we'll be heading north on Thrusday along with vans covered in bikes and herds of motorbikes. And a couple of wagons towing Pro-trucks etc.

Clank, what type of rallying do you do? You a driver or co-pilot?

British Cross Country Championship - co-pilot/ballast. Spent the last two+ years doing stage build and finish timing, so it's nice to be back out again! I'm missing the CC Inners trip because of our Round 4 in Radnor.

That looks like good fun 8) - I was always more of a tarmac petrol-head/track day warrior but I wouldn't mind giving that a go sometime.

meant to be on the three castles classic rally tomorrow, but work has stopped play :(

Today has been recover from yesterday, p1ssed wet through on my mates boat at the Shrewsbury river festival, bright side is the champagne stayed cold. It was meant to be a big event but 25 odd boats & 300 people watching told a story. Still, the boat was on the local news.

Today has been a walk up the wrekin and after chainsawing a tree down (much fun), it is time for some study before the pub later

You've mentioned the Classic rallies before. What car would you have been taking?

    Would be rude not to!

Despite not going this week, I'm going over Friday and Saturday night for beer - as my driver is my boss I guess there is some guilt in work stopping play!

So if your near Llandudno..... (it's near Rhyl)
