Measurement questions Most Talon integrated handlebar

Hi,
I'm planning to buy a Most Talon 1k integrated handlebar (where stem and handlebar are combined). I have two questions:
1. How is exactly the stem length measured on this handlebar? Normally it's center to center, but it's a bit difficult to determine the center of the handlebar side of the stem.
2. Regarding the width of the handlebar: I need a 42cm (center to center). Are the measurements with MOst also Center to center based? Or outside to outside? And if it's outside-outside: what should be the width I need?

Just look online man, I'm guessing you do have the internet otherwise you wouldn't have been able to post this. The Most bars including the Talon are measured C-C.0

1 the measurements are equivalent to a normal bar/stem combination
