We're on a bit of a roll for Sci-fi this weekend. (The Terminator's on tomorrow as well).

It was a good film, really enjoyed it, but I don't think I'll place it in my top 10.

If they keep it as a one off film, and don't cash in on a sequel, it will earn respect points from me, which means I may take it more seriously, but as Raymondavalon pointed out, it's crying out for one...

This is the short film that District 9 was based upon. Peter Jackson saw it and decided it would be a good foundation for a full length movie

Does Ch4+1 cut the ads out?

Nope. DVD does, but thanks. 8)

If I'm chucking down the coffee then the ad breaks are timed just about right once I've 'broken the seal' :P

Never seen it and missed the first 20 minutes, on c4+1. Recorded the rest. Is it worth watching without the first bit or should I wait?
(BTW I like this sort of film.)

Watch it all. There's a load of 'scene setting' at the start.

    It'll be worth it.

Cool, I watched about 5 minutes and was a bit lost so I'll wait.
