Finance from bike-discount.de?

Does anybody if its possible to purchase a bike on finance from bike-discount.de? I'm not sure how it all works, with me not living in germany. Any help would be good.

    looks like its something to do with this at the bottom of there terms and delivery page Process of dispatch when placing the order via Comfort Card:

    Sure its just like UK loans, you have to be a UK resident.
