Only taken 10 weeks but first ride since accident completed, 19 miles including a lap of the park. Could of been worse could of been better. Now I have 2 weeks to get ready for LonJog....... I think the first few days I might be riding at the back and into fitness.

Good to hear you're back on two wheels. First ride back after a while is always a little grotty.

How's the fitness , have you been doing turbo time?
Wouldn't like to be thinking about that kind of distance myself for several months.

Fitness not great, but helped by the fact the genesis Equalibrium is a very nice nice bike to ride. Even when I felt like giving up I was still having fun.... No turbo but half a dozen spin classes....
