Deda Zero OS stem for 31.7mm cause any fit issues ?

I was just about to order one of those oversize stems when I noticed the 31.7mm. When oversize bars are sized, it usually says they are 31.8mm. I apologise if this is a daft question but my FSA omega compact bars are 31.8mm, could there be an installation issue with the deda zero stem ?
