Hi
I'm after advice/help.
I have a scott Scale carbon HT frame, the BB cups(external Shimano) are seized to the bonded shell. Whilst I'm sure that i will need to get the shell totally removed (the BB has been in for about 7 years!), is there any companies (argos at Bristol maybe?) that would be able to supply and bond in a new BB shell?
Advice appreciated, thanks

You just need an extension to go onto your BB tool. We have a 4 foot pipe called the negotiator. One person holds the bike in place, the other cranks down on the negotiator. Works everytime, even got an internal BB out which was 15 years old.
