Hi all.

I'm doing the dragon ride a week on Sunday and I'm wanting to know from anyone who's ridden it, what's actually available at the feed stops? I've just ridden the etape du dales and they give away gels and bars for free, does this happen on the dragon or do you have to take your own?

Thanks

If you check the website you'll see that they specifically state no gel bars at the feed stations, in an effort to reduce the amount of litter some idiots drop.

Cakes, bananas and salted new potatoes are on offer.
