Hi i am looking to buy my first road bike and have found this bike and not knowing to much about road bikes was wondering if anyone thought it was a good buy or how much they would pay for it.

You should get better than something with a alu frame and 105 for £725. You can get a new Boardman with similar spec for £900 I think.

But it looks in good nick and the benefit of buying like this rather than eBay (if you go down the second hand route) is that you can have a good look at it.
