Mountain Bike Touring Help

I have an Orange Five and i want to do some mountain bike touring. Im trying to find some kind of pannier rack and bag that would suit the frame of this bike. Obviously it has a very basic (yet effective) rear suspension i have found the odd pannier rack that will mount to the seat post but does anyone know of anything else ?

Anyhelp would be handy. Cheers Rich
