Peak District Recommendations
Hi All,
I am up to the Peak District (based near Ashbourne) for a stag do next weekend and thought I would take my bike up for a blast around a few trails on the Sunday to clear the cobwebs! I am after few recommendations for a loop, taking in some nice scenery and singletrack - about 10-15 miles / 2-3 hours or so.
The Ladyblower loop seems to be cropping up alot, but what else is there?
Thanks
R

That's 'cos the Ladybower loop is awesome! Though to be fair, if you stick to the legal stuff, not much singletrack. Ashbourne is in the White Peak I believe (Ladybower is in the Dark Peak) which is an area I fully intend to explore more this year... But haven't yet. I'm led to believe there's more singletrack and less rockiness on that side, but other than that I can't help much.
We live in the unhappy shadows of skyscrapers freight trains and malls0

Jacobs ladder is a great route but not much singletrack. Cutgate worth a look and that has long flowing section of singletrack in Mickledon edge. Out and back from Langsett barn its around 13 miles IIRC.0
