Can a too snug fit result in shoulder pain ?

    ever tried compressionn gear ?!...its sposed to be tight fit.
    You talking about a tight fit or clothing thats a few sizes to small ?

    oh right..ok so you mean a short cockpit length ? to long or to short can both lead to shoulder pain, although its generally the
    to long that does this as it stretches your arms out forcing shoulders to take impacts direct and also the support your front.
    Saddle / handlebar height difference also makes a big difference. Have you tried shifting the saddle back ? shorter stem ?
