Loose spoke stays loose

Some of my spokes (mavic cosmic carbone SL) were too loose and the tension is oke now but with one spoke the tension doesn't change a bit. Anyone familiar with this problem?

    If you wind the thread the tension doesn't go up?

    Broken nipple? Broken spoke inside the nipple?

    Thread is probably stripped. If the nipples are dull metal then they are aluminium alloy, they are less durable. Brass nipples are better, they are coated with a shiny metal.
