Weight limit of 2010 Boardman Team Carbon

Hey everyone,

I've searched on the net for this but seen no real answer, apart from a Halfrauds comment which I don't trust. P.s. I'm buying the bike second hand.

I'm 6"2 and range from 100 - 110 kg and I am scared that I may be too much for the bike. Could anyone put me at rest?

The 2010 model is slightly different, it is a T700 Carbon Monocoque frame as apposed to the 2011 Carbon Monocoque (no T700 )

They clearly state that all bikes are tested with riders up to 18 stone (252 lb, 114 kg).

I'm about the same weight as the original poster and haven't had any issues with my 2010 Team Carbon.

If Halfords know that the weight limit on all bikes is 18stone why on earth did they sell a work collegue of mine who is 22-24 stone a Boardman road bike.
