I've just got an email from Evans informing me that my order has just been despatched.

Now that's a first, never had one before!

I know they were experiencing some difficulties with their system, because they sent me 110 emails concerning a recently returned order. :shock:

But now they are behaving like everyone else and keeping customers informed.

Non rant over.

    They actually refunded me for a item I returned, without raising another paypal claim!
