Rear brake vibration

Any suggestions? Rear brake on Specialzed Stumy Comp 08. Juicy 5, strange vibration which seems to go through the whole frame, quite loud too, I can feel it through the saddle.

    contaminated pads. glased pads.

    'Warped' discs?
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

    Loose caliper or disc also maybe.
