Brake upgrade help

Right i have shimano m445 brakes on my giant witch i belive has resin only discs on. Im changing the pads and would like some of the superstar kevlar pads and to up the roter size to 180 on the front, few questions really

1 can i put kevlar pads in my shimano m445 brakes
2 to up the roter size do i just need a bigger roter and a caliper addapter?
