This is a little cry for help.
I am recovering from breaking both my wrists (OTB at Mabie, 4 Ops, 6 Titanium plates, lucky to keep right hand, etc etc).
Therefore I can only ride on the Turbo trainer for now. The Giro D'italia has been very helpful in keeping my brain occupied whilst grinding out the miles in the cellar but now I need some MTB inspiration to balance my inner Roadie.
Can you recommend any on-line MTB movies that are 25mins or more? I have tracked down a few but I just thought it would help to ask around for recomendations.
Any links or tips gratefully accepted.
Thanks!

make a playlist of stuff on Youtube and watch that back. You can run up a decent length that way albeit a bit interupted and lacking flow. Otherwise buy some dvd's or download some to watch (NWD series, Anthill, collective).Closet jockey wheel pimp whore.0
