They have a good deal on Shimano wheels but not sure if they're ok to deal with?

Anyone with experience?

Excellent. Bought a few odds and ends from them a while back, postage to Australia was quick and cheap, response to queries fast and friendly. Would use them again any time.

Relatively limited range perhaps but I usually try them first; favourite online retailer - top service and they have a proper real shop so it isn't as though you aren't supporting someones LBS even if it isn't yours!

Bought my R500s from them, cheapest overasll price with postage on Ebay when I needed the wheels.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

Well, either the staff at High on Bikes all post on here or that's a unanimously favourable customer response!

They are awesome. I buy alot of my stuff from them via ebay, often the cheapest by a long way and very quick delivery.

Apart from my last two dealings I’d not had any problems with them. Ordered some bars from their eBay shop but instead of the 31.8’s I thought I was buying they sent a 26mm set because the 31.8’s were no longer available (madness). Return and refund was painless and they covered the postage so no probs there. Bought some more bars a few months later from the eBay shop but they sent a different colour as the ones they were advertising weren’t in stock anymore!

All previous dealings had been spot on, their communication is very swift and their returns service is faultless – so even though I’ve had a couple of duff orders I’d still recommend them.

I have used them maybe 15 times - their service is faultless - their prices are good - their posted is free and extremely fast.

You can normally get them on the phone on the first try and they have people in the shop from about 8am who answer the phone.

I ordered the wrong item on eBay - I called them at 8:30am the next morning - they changed the order and sent a refund for the difference that afternoon.

I (as you may have guessed) am very happy with them.

I've bought wheels, Tacx trainer and various bits and bobs both via ebay and direct from them. They've been consistently excellent and I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.
