Supersix Apex v TCR Coposite 1 v C2C Centostrade Veloce

Well, some good news today, my insurance company has come back to me and told the will offer a FULL replacement for my bike (even though it was only frame and wheel damaged)
TCR Composite 1 (Full Ultegra, and I believe the same frame I had on the 2011 version, could then sell my Ultegra from broken bike)
Supersix Apex (would plan on swapping out the Apex for my spare ultegra & sell Apex)
C2C Centostrade Veloce (i know nothing of this bike, but its a looker)
So, I am leaning towards the TCR Comp 1, but would be interested on opinions on the other two?
Proceeds of sale of spares will go towards new wheels (wrote off my EA90SL's so would have better wheels on the TCR due to higher sale value of the Ultegra.
