Mavic crossrides 6 bolt adaptor

Need to replace the rear adaptor for my girlfriend bike, any idea where to get these from? On line would probably be easier, have tried Google but not much luck surprisingly.

Center lock rotors can be had on on-one for 5 quid, probably workout better to get the real thing. Some of the cheapo adaptors are not very good.
