On my giant anyem x4 My BB seems I have given up & also my small Chain ring.
I really don't know what I'm lOoking for with the BB...should I just replace it with the same as the original?
Also is it worth getting new cranks or could I just replace the chain ring?

Wee that is one option. An other is the XT bottom bracket. As for chain rings deroe ones are cheap but TA high quality ring but they cost more.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0
