Bike Fit Question

Hi,
I've got my eye on a frame in the classifieds but it's larger than my current one and I'm trying to work out the implications. I've never had a fit and know I should but I find my bike comfortable so would be happy to try and replicate it.
The seat tube is longer but I can still have the same saddle to bottom bracket drop just with less seat post showing.
My top tube is 54.5cm with a 11cm stem, 65.5cm total. The one for sale is 56.5 and I already have a 9cm stem, 65.5cm total.
The seat tube angle is 0.7 degrees more on the one in the classifieds. Don't know how much difference 0.7 of a degree makes?
The other one I'm not sure about is the head tube. Mine is 15cm and this is 17.5cm. My stem is slammed so I would be higher on the new one even with a slammed stem, but what I don't know is would I use the same length stem, or I should I go longer or shorter to take this into account?
Thanks
Phil
