Still looking for 6 bolt disc, 135mm hub, road going rims. If I get 756 hubs that's £55 for both, plus say another £40-£60 for rims, and labour & spokes £45 per wheel. Close to £200.

What off the shelf wheels are available for that sort of budget? 29er but with rims for 23-28mm tyres (20mm external?)

What about this?

Bike is Carrera Gryphon disc. I assume will have to use end cap to reduce axle to 9mm QR?
Say... That's a nice bike..

    Crest 29ers.

I use these on my CX which I commute on. They take 25mm Conti GP4Seasons no problem......well, they're avery tight fit initially, but lots of tyres are on the Stans rims.

Cannot find suitable wheelset, those are tubeless and wider rims?

I use them with tubes, with 25mm tyres.

They're exactly what you asked for, except they're £20 over budget.

Forgot to say require solid axle as I use a traler

Solid axle? Like a bolt thru?

Change the endcaps on the SS hubs?

Edit: I'm not on commision from SS  If you want to buy something else then do, but the Crest 29ers will be tough, light, and take a tubed 25mm tyre.

M756 hubs are quick release IIRC.

Existing wheel has been replaced from QR to solid axle for the trailer hitch, with 15mm nuts on the end.

Been recommended to use a solid axle for the trailer

yeah but can be changed to solid axle since they're cup and cone. I already have a barely used 185mm solid axle

those on one wheels you linked use similar if not identical hubs to the superstars. Im no expert on trailers but if you make it qr you should be able to use the 10mm rear superstar option which is like a qr but stronger.

If you can sort out a way of connecting the trailer, the superstar wheels will be much lighter and probably as strong as your custom build

I have some of the on-one hubs, I thought they were generally pretty good. See my blog link in sig.

But the superstar/stans deal is better value IMO.

getting custom wheels made up, those superstar wheels are 10mm bolt through which isn't solid axle? Placed order for M756 hubs, and have a 185mm new axle already so put that into the new hub.
