Can you recommend a shop for glueing tubs in the Putney area? I usually go to Sigma Sport and find them good and quick, but recently they have incredibly busy...

To be honest, if you aren't capable of securely glueing tubs onto a rim you'd be better off not using them.

Well, I have been using tubs for 2 years and always paid Sigma Sport for the maintenance/glue job. It worked out OK as I changed tubs once per season (use them for racing only, no training).

Until recently, when I decided to do it myself. I spent an enormous amount of time on WW reading and learning the tricks. I'm OK with the theory.
One wheel is perfect, but the other one is not centered.

Have you tried Jantex tape instead... not easier but less mess.

And why were you changing them, once a year - if they ain't broke, why poke? Does this mean that you have piles of one year old minimal mileage tubs lying around? Do you want to shift some?

Agree re tape - easier, cheaper than using a shop, cleaner, etc, etc.
