I've got a smelly helmet.

My helmet smells foul. I've tried giving it a blast with a hosepipe, and rinsing it in the local lake (which is also the drinking water supply), but it still smells quite bad. Especially when I start sweating.
Any ideas?

Have a walk in the rain with it."There's a shortage of perfect breasts in this world, t'would be a pity to damage yours."0 -
I wash mine most mornings, keeps the smell under control. It does depend on how often you use it and where you go with it though of course.0

700,000 people in North Wales just gargled with bleach
When mine starts to smell really bad, I just take it off and buy another. You can try different shapes and sizes. My current helmet looks a little like a zebra, my wife quite likes it too. The last one was a black one, but it didn't quite fit properly.0 -

I had a closer look at the soft bits of it. It seem that the brown dirt has mixed with sweat to form a browny paste.0
