They start from different places but go close to Gibbet Hill./Warwick Uni and will make a great circle. Apart from one busy roundabout in Nuneaton, the roads are all good and traffic-light.
I live in Coventry and work at Warwick Uni. I keep an eye on the bikely.com account of one of the guys who rides with Cov Road Club and sometimes ride routes from there. New routes go up regularly, and they're generally fairly traffic light. I've been able to discover some new rides I'd never have seen this way.
Thanks for the link - I also work at the University and am a member of CRC, but I don't get to go out frequently any more due to family commitments. I remember the routes fondly
