Anyone recommend some rides around Coventry/Warwick Uni area from between 30 - 60 miles? The hillier the better. Thanks.

ignore the route around the M40/A46 island as there is a new cycle lane/bridle way that goes underneath the A460 -
if you can get out towards north warwickshire/atherstone way there are some hilly bits. would make good mileage from warks uni/cov0

Link these two routes up to go around Coventry.

They start from different places but go close to Gibbet Hill./Warwick Uni and will make a great circle. Apart from one busy roundabout in Nuneaton, the roads are all good and traffic-light.0 -
I live in Coventry and work at Warwick Uni. I keep an eye on the bikely.com account of one of the guys who rides with Cov Road Club and sometimes ride routes from there. New routes go up regularly, and they're generally fairly traffic light. I've been able to discover some new rides I'd never have seen this way.

Thanks for the link - I also work at the University and am a member of CRC, but I don't get to go out frequently any more due to family commitments. I remember the routes fondly0
