Frame damage

My Thule ProRide 591 has caused this to happen to the bottom of my bike frame. Should I be worried about the strength of the frame? I could always put some electrical tape round it to act as a barrier.

SHould be fine, just cover it up.

That's nothing.

I would actually do nothing, but if you prefer to have it black, just apply some black paint.

Well it's to stop the frame from getting even more damaged. Some eletrical tape wrapped round it will do just fine me thinks.
