Route from Oxford to Pembrokeshire (Wales)

Me and a few friends will be cycling to Pembrokeshire from Oxford for Save the Children.
Does anyone know of any good routes that are good? Preferably avoiding all the big cities in Wales, with good views. At the same time, we are trying to avoid lots and lots of hills and mountains, a few will be nice but not a lot.
Any route is appreciated you know about, it doesn't have to be specifically to Pembrokeshire, just near it so we can find our own way.
