Hi, just signed up but been reading this site for quite a while
After work today im off out to buy a new bike as my last one (GT Aggressor 3.0) got stolen!
Looking to spend no more than £400. Hardtail & disk is the only spec i want for light off road use. Trouble is there's only Halfords and Evans cycles within 10 miles of my office (that I know of)
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Halfords for checking size ect then buy on line. For the money you want to spend there are not many places better value than Halfords.0

I was going to say the voodoo hoodoo from halfords as you could get it for £405 with the NUS discount codes but the code no longer works it seems
Maybe the voodoo bantu, its less than £4000 -
Appreciate cash is sometimes hard to find, but suggest if at all possible waiting till next payday and buying the Voodoo Hoodoo for £449. Check the review on the site, it swung me. Halfords Im lead to believe can be hit or miss, though I was fortunate and got a good one in the North East.0

I've picked up my hoodoo today and really like it for the bit of use I've given it
It's also £449 in store as well now0
