Germany Bikers (was Paderborn!!)

It seems to me there are a few bikers on here that are in Germany.

Hows about getting a network on the go for Expats in Der Farter Land!!

Im in Paderborn if you hadnt guessed.

    Hi chazkayak,

    Not in Paderborn now but grew up there until I came back to the U.K in '86.

    Just seeing the name again brings back great memories, very jealous it's a great place to live.

    Hope to go back some day to see the old haunts.

    Its probably changed a lot since then, but its still quite a nice place.

    My memories aren't that great as I left when I was 8 years old but was born in Rinteln, usual army brat and my dad was based with the Royal Artillery in Sennerlager.

    Most of time was with other brits especially given my age and my mum worked in the local school ( Bishopspark), so no real experience 1st hand of all of the german culture.

    I come over quite often to see my boy. Bringing the bike next time, so would be good to go for a blast. I'll be going to Gutersloh, but that's not far. What are the trails like over there. Used to be mostly fire roads. But I left 16 years ago.
