Morning homies and homos

Today I feel a lot better than I did yesterday. My housemate cooked some moroccan dish last night, lamb with 9 spices. It was amazing!
Anywho, today I'm at work, then more fettling with the bike. It's looking damn good now, can't wait to get it out on the trails, hopefully this Saturday :D

Laters!

As VWSB says - muggy. Very muggy. But it'll be a cracking day once the skis clear.

Today I shall be mostly making composites, ready for tests I can't talk about. Well, mostly making composites and wondering about logistics for a certain ride in July. Now, Glossop isn't difficult, but getting back from Bristol. Hmm, I wonder when the BIL will be collecting his new chassis. Hmmmm.

The afternoon will be spent picking and washing bits of carbon fibre out of my overalls.

Anyhoo, that'll be for laterz. Right now I'm going to try and either fire-up or kill-off a few brain cells by risking the in-house coffee blend. Wish me luck.

Onwards! To what claims to be coffee!

Warm and muggy here this morning too but hopefully this will burn off today as it never seemed to lift yesterday.

Deciding upon whether to go to Keswick for the weekend, Whinlatter and the Borrowdale bash seem to be calling me.

Got to get this work shoot out of the way first though. Only one coffee down so far but I feel like I'll need a whole lot more before the day is through. Some evening refreshments in the beer garden might be in order.

    Morning all,

had a very pleasant ride into work, and since the weather has finally turned out to be nice, I rode the longer way into work along the Cam river through the meadows. Left a lasting smile for the day I think. Lots of work to be done at work, but still amazed i'm back in England finally and that life is so good. Enjoy your day everyone!

Time off for Kaise ride confirmed, so as long add there are fellow crudders coming I'm in. Thinking could hire a crew can can to collect people from down Bristol/Wales and en route and them drop it off up that way? Few quid between us?

Anyway today is back to wolves to strap a soda bed to my rack and see my Olds,

    morning cock suckers,

off to work in a min and its “It’s hot. Damn hot! Real hot! Hottest things is my shorts. I could cook things in it. A little crotch pot cooking.” Well, can you tell me what it feels like. “Fool, it’s hot! I told you again! Were you born on the sun? It’s damn hot! I saw– It’s so damn hot, I saw little guys, their orange robes burst into flames. It’s that hot!
Do you know what I’m talking about.” What do you think it’s going to be like tonight? “It’s gonna be hot and wet!"

and that was todays weather with Sian Lloyd

    Morning bumders

My room is currently at 26C. Not pleasant, how I managed to sleep last night I don't know but I feel rotten this morning.

Uni revision meh today. Also trying to confirm placement dates to see if I can do the Kaiser ride or not. This evening off to watch a friend get his 6 year old dreads cut off for charity.

Had a rather excellent night last night with a good friend, but he fed me cider, pizza and garlic bread. Yeast overload, paying the price today, look like I'm 6 months pregnant :( Serious diet starts very soon!

Quite warm in Notts today, grateful for the aircon. Usual workmeh, and riding Trevor later. Will probably get very sweaty.
Then I have to get all my stuff packed and ready for another weekend with TFN

    Bonjour Maggots,

Another scorcher in Strasbourg today, it's 11h30 and already in the high 20º's
Me and the other half are off to collect a rental car today so we can venture to Germany over the weekend
I'll also be out and about on my VelHop rental bike... sadly
Other than that, not much on the cards today...

    Afternoon,

Tired today, kept awake most of the night by some fecking dog that didn't stop barking.

Went for a quick blast on the old Rockhopper last night, forgotten how harsh the ride could be on a HT. The fact that I had 2 punctures in the space of a mile also detracted from the enjoyment level.

Anyway, the sun shines so it will be another ride after work this evening :)

Tubless = Tyre rolling off rim at low pressure, tyre burping, a nightmare anytime you want to experiment with new tires

Afternoon all, I am working on the computer so thought it was about time I procrastinate. What's that? Heather, working eek, well sometimes I do ;)

Working on some dumbass' website that has been made on some silly template and looks like something from the 90's not sure if I can rescue it it's that bad :?

On the upside it is bloody perfect weather, fed up of folk moaning about the lack of sunshine and warmth then as soon as the sun comes out, its too hot wah wah. I personally am loving it :D

On the downside I have a headache of doom :(

Day got off to bad start so I should have known what was to come. Not long back from the hospital with little boo no.1. Was going to order a new bike today but that's going to have to wait until tomorrow now.

    Afternoon 'Tards,

Been up into London to see about getting back into work and have had the CV sent off to few compnnaies, so hopefully will get an interview soon-ish (though not feeling like working while the weather is like this). Bl00dy hot wearing a suit, but on the upside the scantily-clad totty-meter was reading off the scale today; was good sport sitting having a pub lunch outside just watching the world go by :)

Bit of bike fettling tonight and may get on the bike tomorrow morning before it gets sweltering again.
